We are a Boston-based B2B company developing unique AI Software to optimize the performance of battery packs across a wide range of industries. Electra’s EVE-AI 360 Adaptive Controls Technology and Fleet Analytics Platform work in tandem to improve electric vehicle battery pack performance, lifetime, and safety, across entire fleets.

Our focus is in the automotive Industry, particularly electric vehicle manufacturing, EV battery software, connected mobility, fleet management and analytics, and more. Although we are currently focusing on the Automotive sector, Electra's technology can be deployed into the Aerospace, Robotics, Grid and other industries that are rapidly transitioning into clean energy.


We're looking for a talented technical recruiter to develop and execute end-to-end recruiting & hiring strategies to attract and acquire top AI, ML, and Data Science talent for our immediate needs and as we scale into the future. The best fit will be someone who thinks strategically, works collaboratively and is able to support rapid growth of Electra’s team.

Talent Acquisition 70%

  • Responsible for all aspects of Recruiting and Hiring for both US HQ and European Subsidiary.
  • Create a pipeline of high-quality candidates to enable significant growth in our product and engineering group.
  • Screen resumes / applications for technical skills and experience that match needs of company
  • Partner with Sr. Management to execute recruiting strategies targeting diverse top talent
  • Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with the hiring manager.
  • Execute outbound sourcing campaigns targeting top-tier passive, diverse talent.
  • Build relationships with top labs, research institutions, and academic conferences.
  • Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives as a foundational member of a startup Talent team.

Human Resources: 30%

  • Oversee all aspects of new employee on-boarding, including payroll, benefits, tax, compliance, and training.
  • Establish Company-wide Policies and Procedures in the form of an Employee Handbook.
  • Facilitate and manage company-wide human resource programs for success including training and professional development.
  • Provide internal customer service to various departments and employees to create a positive and professional work environment through clear communication and exemplary follow-thru.


  • Experience recruiting for a high growth startup organization with fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR related legal and compliance issues
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, BreezyHR (or comparable HR SW)
  • Minimum of 7 years in a similar HR management position required.
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Experience in having worked in a rapid growth technology company desirable
